Bye surgical !

No more Google+ so here I am. Oh i really miss Google+ ..

Alhamdulillah, just completed my surgical posting with the busiest OT day ever.. 😂 anyway, Alhamdulillah thumma alhamdulillah.

Allah made it ease 🙏🏻

But the pressure was real .. Minggu assessment + mcq + family stuffs + others , and waktu cam banyaknya benda on my mind. I was really drained for the entire week, but I made it through, with His mercy.

Masa hari last, masa tengah round kat paeds (patient peri), tiba2 dapat message from MO third call, ada OT call. Then, mintak izin dekat specialist and consultant, bid farewell to them. Then my consultant cakap; congratulations on surviving HPB. Have you ever write an explanation letter? Have you ever cried while in HPB? I was like emm not sure macam tak pernah.. then he replied ; then you haven’t experienced enough of HPB 😂😂

Tapi seriously, bila fikir balik, workload dia dasyat. Everyday got lots of cm bloods (usually mmg more than 10) Patients pun ramai. So kalau working days, I’ll try to come by 5am, and reorganize patient’s list, print blood stickers and everything. Round jangan cakap la.. mula2 round dengan  MO, pastu dengan specialist, lepas tu dengan consultant.. BD pulak tu.. means pagi and petang. Kelam kelibut nak type entry for all patients. Belum bab everyday mesti ada kena request CT and Ultrasound. Kena present kes, kena reject lagi.. kalau request urgent CT, setakat ni rekod paling hebat pun masuk KIV list je. Hahaa k .. but then our MOs and very nice. Takde nak marah2, mostly suka teaching. And sangat sabar dengan kitorang.
